Privacy policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026. If we change this policy, we update this date.
This policy explains what we collect on StillQualify.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain words on purpose.
Your quiz answers
The eligibility check runs in your browser. Your answers stay on your device while you use it. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or email during the questions. If we later add a step that sends your answers anywhere, we will tell you clearly on that screen what we collect and where it goes before you send anything.
The contact form
Our contact form is provided by Jotform, a form service. What you type into the form, your email, your message, and your name if you give it, is sent to and stored by Jotform on our behalf, and we read it there to answer you. We use it only to answer you. We delete contact submissions within one year unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Jotform's own privacy policy also applies to how their service works.
Sensitive personal information
Some answers can describe abuse, health, or other private facts. California law calls this sensitive personal information. We treat it that way. We only use it to show you your result and, if you choose to send it, to pass your claim details to one law firm that handles that type of case. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it for any purpose you would not expect from an eligibility check.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
Other information we collect
- Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages you visit.
- Simple traffic counts so we know which pages people need.
Categories of information
In the last 12 months we have collected: identifiers you give us through the contact form, such as your email; internet activity, such as pages visited; and, only if you type it into the eligibility check or a message, information that may be sensitive. We collect it from you directly and from your browser. We use it to run the site, answer you, and route claim checks as this policy describes. We do not sell it or share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
Your California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Give you a copy of it.
- Delete it.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Limit how we use sensitive personal information.
We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, use the contact form and pick the topic Privacy request. We answer privacy requests in writing. If we cannot verify who you are, we may ask follow-up questions before acting on a request.
How long we keep information
We keep contact information only as long as we need it for the purpose you sent it, or as long as the law requires.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
